Scope of services
VIPXCLUSIVE Global Limited provides business registration, brand protection, regulatory compliance and business strategy consulting services. The precise scope of each engagement is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Fees and payment
Professional fees and applicable government charges are quoted upfront. Engagements commence upon confirmation of payment. Government fees are non-refundable once filings are submitted.
Timelines
Published timelines are estimates based on typical regulator processing periods. We are not liable for delays caused by government agencies, incomplete client documentation or third-party service providers.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate, complete and lawful information and documents. We rely on the information supplied and are not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate or withheld information.
Regulatory outcomes
We do not guarantee approval by any regulator. Name availability, trademark acceptance and product registration outcomes are determined solely by the relevant authority.
Confidentiality
All client information is treated as confidential and used only for the purposes of the engagement or where disclosure is required by law.
Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability arising from any engagement is limited to the professional fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
